I found myself wandering on the flats, I had walked many miles and if not days to get into Ambala. My black mane tossed around my face as the air rushed around me. My dark gray frame bounced up and down as i ran through the flat lands, So many colors and smells at my whim i wasn't sure what would happen to me if i stayed here to long. If i did i would become a weak bastard for sure. My orbs wandered around the land before me and as i turned to look back over my shoulder i looked at the mountains that were now starting to become smaller and disappear behind my back.
Once again i looked at my paws and sighed heavily under my breath , i needed to find a place to stay and fast. You see the storm was coming and it was coming fast. Even to us we could tell it was going to rain for a long time and i hated getting wet , for my mane always started to frizz out of control. "Blasted weather". I spat from my lips, jumping back to my toes i ran through the fields of the flats until i could see the trees starting to form, but to my vantage they were small and low growing shrubs, i would have to crawl under them and wait for the storm to pass. Smaller shrubs meant only one being if not two could stay in its occupancy and i was joyous for finding such lower groups of ferns and bushes.

The sun was shining in a clear blue sky, framed only by a warm summer breeze and the gentle trickling noises of a nearby stream. There were no clouds to be seen, no stars scheduled for hours, and nothing else to be had but the most perfect weather to ever fall upon a midday in Africa. The temperature was mild, the colors were bright, and the world could've been so very very right.
Until she inhaled. The copper flavored sting that struck her nostrils was stronger than a gust of wind and it took all of her might to keep from stumbling or falling. The scent of blood... But not a normal amount of it. The strength of the scent said there had to be gallons... that or it was very close. Sure enough, beneath her soft summer shadow, laying in the brilliant rays of sunlight, a great black body rested on its side, mighty jaws left gaping. Flies buzzed around the former king's once handsome face, picking at decaying flesh and laying maggots in his open wounds...
All six hundred pounds of big cat shuddered quite suddenly, as though struck by lightning, she sat bolt upright. The bright summer day had suddenly returned to the dreary afternoon it had been before sleep had come, the air filled with moisture and casual animal noises, rather than the scent of blood, decay and palpable despair. Trying to clear the dream from her sleep-ridden eyes, the half-hellion hybrid gave her scruff-covered head a brisk shake, ignoring her ears as they slapped against the vegetation hanging over her head. It only served as further anchor to reality. The pleasantly rainy, somewhat dreary, gray-skied reality. Where she was laying beneath a bush, sheltered from the rain, waiting for a storm to pass.
Not discovering a dead body.
Yawning, the massive lioness shifted her body weight lazily, repositioning herself to prepare to sleep again...

As it started to fall to a short down fall of rain. i made sure that my body was tucked under the great bushes that i lay under. I waited until the rain at least started to give way and then, i ran from under the brush and made my way down the Savannah area once more. Suddenly the flats gave way to a new smell, a new comer. Someone i hadn't met yet and this motivated myself to see just whom this new comer was on the flat lands.
"hm.."
I moved on my toes now with Little more speed under my supports until i could smell and sense out where this other was or may have been. I looked around and noticed a peculiar line of red off in the distance, "a kill ?" i thought before moving in close to examine the judgment on the dead fool.
